Anderston St. Peters

Anderston St.Peters stood at the gushet of St. Vincent Street and Argyle Street. It originally had a spire, the remains of it are visible in the centre. Demolished 1970.

Situated in Argyle Street at Anderston near the Gaiety Cinema and Anderston library - all long demolished.

the bells from Marks Lancefield were saved and sit outside the entrance to Anderston Parish Church - Anderston Kelvingrove as it's known now.

In 1969, Anderston Parish replaced the three churches of Anderston St. Peters, St.Marks Lancefield, and Partick Parish.
